How the app works

Adding photos to a bride

It's now really simple — you no longer need to "Connect Google Drive."

  1. Open the bride's profile.
  2. Go to the Photos section and upload the photo as usual.
  3. That's it. ✅

Behind the scenes the app automatically:

  • Saves the photo in the app instantly — it appears straight away on every device, for everyone.
  • Quietly copies it into the bride's Google Drive folder a few seconds later, so you can still browse photos in Drive any time.

Consent forms

Upload or sign them in the app the same way — they're saved and copied to Google Drive automatically.

Moving a bride between stages

On the board, tap the button on a card, then choose the stage to move them to. (On a computer you can also drag the card.)

Good to know

  • No more "Connect Drive" and no more waiting or re-syncing — photos save instantly.
  • Use any device; what one person does shows up for everyone right away.
  • If a photo doesn't appear, refresh the page (or reopen the app). Still wrong? Tell Nic.
